Use a pencil with the wick attached to it so as to make it stay tight. This will assure correct candle burning without any inconveniences. The wick needs to go from one side to the other of the mold following a vertical invisible line.
Use some clue or plasticine to fix the wick on the bottom of the mold. If you need to learn more about how to make candles, try to be as accurate as possible.
